The British Series: The Pie Room with Chef Nokx Majozi Beef Wellington Demonstration & Lunch

Chef Nancy Silverton and Chi Spacca in collaboration with Resy & American Express Global Dining Access are honored to welcome the best and brightest chefs from London’s culinary scene to Los Angeles for one-night-only restaurant takeovers. 

For the next installment, chi SPACCA will host Chef Nokx Majozi, head pie maker of the Pie Room at The Holborn Dining Room for a Beef Wellington & Sticky Toffee Pudding demonstration & family-style lunch on Sunday, January 28th.

The savory pie program at Holborn Dining Room, one of Nancy’s must-stop restaurants in London, was the inspiration behind the pies that have become a staple of chi SPACCA’s menu.
