The British Series: St. JOHN

Chef Nancy Silverton and chi SPACCA are honored to welcome the best and brightest of London's culinary scene to Los Angeles for exclusive restaurant takeovers. 

For the final installment of the series, chi SPACCA will host Michelin-starred St. JOHN Restaurant for a special two-night restaurant takeover.

Founded by Chef Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver, St. JOHN’s celebrates the nose-to-tail cooking philosophy and showcases traditional British dishes on their menu. The St. John’s empire has expanded to include three restaurants, a bakery, and a winery.
