The British Series: Sabor

On Tuesday, February 27th, chi SPACCA will host Chef Nieves Barragan of Sabor restaurant in London. Sabor (meaning flavour in Spanish) takes you on a journey from the tapas bars of Andalucía to the asadors of Castile and the seafood restaurants of Galicia. Sabor was awarded a coveted star by the Michelin Guide in 2018.
