For one day only, Chicago's Middle Brow is bringing their magic to LA for a pop-up of all of that they do: Beachwater Bagels (a tangy sourdough bagel with a charred crust & spongy interior), Pizza from the Bungalow (using flour hailing from meadowlark organic farm in Wisconsin and embodying the definition of farm to table), Wine (natural with grapes from West Michigan that represent the future of sustainable American winemaking), and Beer (where it all started, with wild beers celebrating yeast experimentation.) Middle Brow was a 2024 James Beard Award Semi-Finalist for Outstanding Wine & Other Beverage Programs.

And if you don't believe us, believe Nancy Silverton, who deemed Pete's beachwater bagels as "the best bagel I've ever had in my entire life."
