We are honored to welcome Chef Lucho Martínez for a one-night-only restaurant takeover of chi SPACCA. His restaurant Martínez, located in Mexico City and highlighted by the Michelin Guide, takes inspiration from Parisian bistros with culinary influences from France, Mexico, and Japan.

ABOUT CHEF LUCHO MARTÍNEZ: Originally from Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Lucho Martínez discovered his passion for cooking while working in kitchens in Nashville, Tennessee, starting at the age of 14. At 17, he moved to the Yucatán Peninsula, where he honed his culinary skills in various hotel kitchens. In 2018, he opened Em, named after his daughter Emilia, a space that reflects his vision of Mexican gastronomy. Since then, alongside his partner Fernanda Torres, he has conceptualized several establishments that have become integral to Mexico City's vibrant culinary scene. With a solid career trajectory, Lucho continues to explore innovative ways to express his vision of Mexico through each of his projects.
