Back by popular demand, chi SPACCA & Chef Nancy Silverton are excited to welcome Chef David Campigotto of Chez David restaurant in Castelnaudary, France for a three-part series celebrating Cassoulet.

As soon as Chef Nancy tried Chef David's cassoulet, she knew she needed to bring him to Los Angeles again to make sure our guests can enjoy the best cassoulet she'd ever had.
Cassoulet is a traditional stew of pork, duck, sausage, and beans from Southern France and will be accompanied by a vegetable crudite, a green salad, and Crema Catalana and Nancy's Caramel Popcorn for dessert.
We politely decline modifications and substitutions for this meal. Seating arrangements will be designed as a communal dining experience.
