Bon Appetit: Top 50 New Restaurants 2015

“Is it possible that L.A.’s best new Italian restaurant doesn’t serve pasta?” asks Bon Appetit of chi SPACCA. The verdict, a resounding “yes!”

“When Nancy Silverton’s involved, anything is possible. Tucked away between her Osteria Mozza and Mozza2Go, the instantly buzzy restaurant serves salumi, salads, fish, and sides from an open kitchen. But make no mistake: You’re here for meat. Chef Chad Colby is a savant of pork, beef, and lamb, proudly showcasing cuts of coppa steak, lamb-shoulder chops and short ribs.”
